DaVinci Veneers/Extreme Makeovers

DaVinci veneers have been made famous by the reality TV shows, The Swan and ABC's Extreme Makeover. A veneer is a thin layer of enamel-like material which covers the front of a tooth and can be used to change the color or shape of a tooth. Multiple veneers can even close gaps between teeth or correct misshapen teeth. A DaVinci veneer is fabricated from proprietary porcelain, which creates an exquisitely natural appearance. Dr. Eugene Ingles was the first dentist in Illinois to become an authorized provider of DaVinci veneers.

The extreme makeover process varies widely from individual to individual. DaVinci veneers are an excellent compliment to the changes patients ask of Eugene Ingles, DDS. For some patients, an "extreme makeover" may be as conservative as our BriteSmile, in-office, tooth whitening procedure. In other cases, tooth whitening might precede veneer treatment. In yet another example, a cosmetic alternative to moving teeth, known as Invisalign, greatly enhances the options available to us to create a more natural smile. Local Extreme Makeover Challenge - 2005

Dr. Eugene Ingles has been selected as the cosmetic dentist to participate in a Chicago area "Extreme Makeover Challenge" sponsored by Balance for Life, a nutritionally based food plan group. A plastic surgeon, a Lasik ophthalmologist, a personal trainer, a wardrobe consultant, a salon/spa as well as Ingles, DDS will attempt to provide an "Extreme Makeover" to a mother and father on their respective holidays, Mother's day and Father's day.
